• 20-minute videos with 50% retention: roughly 24,000 views.
• 60-second Shorts: essentially irrelevant to the watch-hour route; you would need the 10-million-view path instead.

Longer, genuinely useful videos reach the threshold with a fraction of the views that short content needs.

What disqualifies you
